In this leadership simulation, learners play as one of six C-suite executives at a company. At the beginning of the simulation, the company is getting ready for the IPO and each role in the team has unique stock options. Each player has their own discretionary budget based on their role and begins the simulation by submitting their budget independently. As various crises unfold in the subsequent rounds, players will be presented with different information from various staff and consultants, based on their role. They analyze information available, make some of the decisions together as a team, and consistently communicate their decisions to the public, the investors, and the employees. They also reevaluate the company plans for the IPO during gameplay and attempt to maximize their stock options.
